Professional Experience

November 2013 - Present                            Operation Engineer, Comcast, USA

I support and maintain Comcast Metro-Ethernet and Voice Network. My main responsibilities are:

Ø                                                                    Create system architecture, design, and specification within engineering projects and initiatives.

Ø                                                                    Assist in new product development and testing.

Ø                                                                    Lead operational readiness testing.

Ø                                                                    Troubleshoot and resolve complex layer 3 routing issues including MPLS, BGP and OSPF.

Ø                                                                    Troubleshoot and resolve layer 2 protocol issues including Frame-relay, ATM, Ethernet, Encapsulating, VLAN Tagging.

Ø                                                                    Work to maintain the CoS and QoS on both Cisco and Juniper routers.

Ø                                                                    Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP phones and PRI issues using Broadworks-Broadsoft, Cisco Call Manager and 3^rd party systems and products.

Ø                                                                    Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all enterprise customer issues. Document all actions taken, escalations, customer interaction and resolution in Remedey ticketing system.
